Check-In: 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM
PLEASE NOTE:  The front desk closes at 9:00 PM daily. Self check-in after 9:00 PM. Valid credit card on file required for after hours check-in.

Check-Out: 11am

Cancellation Policy: Should you need to change or cancel the reservation, you must do so by 3pm local hotel time, 48 hours prior to the check-in date. If the reservation is cancelled within the 48-hour time frame, the card on file will be charged 100% of the first nights stay plus all applicable taxes.

Forget Something? Additional complimentary toiletries are available upon request, and include: razors, shaving cream, toothbrushes, toothpaste, dental floss.

Internet Access: Internet is complimentary and provided throughout the property.

Parking: New Haven Inn offers complimentary parking to their guests.

Housekeeping: If needed, extra pillows, blankets and towels are available by asking the front desk at check-in

Luggage Assistance/Storage: Did you arrive before check in? No problem, New Haven Inn is happy to store your luggage while you grab lunch or a pastry! The New Haven Inn is not liable for the luggage or its content.

Pet Policy: New Haven Inn is a Non-pet hotel. Guests that bring a pet into their accommodation will be subject to an additional fee of $250 per stay.

No Smoking Please!

The New Haven Inn is a non-smoking facility. Please be considerate to all of our guests and do not smoke inside the building. If you are found smoking or have smoked inside New Haven Inn, a fee of $350.00 will be charged to your account.
